Position: Service Advisor

Location: Simi Valley, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a people person with a passion for the automotive industry? Price Ford of Simi Valley is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with service needs in a professional and courteous manner
• Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests
• Communicate recommended services and repairs clearly and effectively
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a bonus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $45,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate sales prices and close deals.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Location: Simi Valley, California

What You’ll Do:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
• Assist with vehicle inspections and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for cars
